Credentials of Public and Social innovation
Innovation in the public sector refers to significant improvements to public administration and/or services can be defined as the implementation by a public-sector organization of new or significantly improved operations or products. Today increasingly sophisticated public demand and new challenges due to fiscal pressures require innovative public-sector approaches. However, social innovation is not the prerogative or privilege of any organizational form or legal structure. Solutions often require the active collaboration of constituents across government, business, and the nonprofit world.
WE at SIE know that the knowledge about public-sector innovation as well as social innovation, and its results, costs and enabling environment, is not yet development, event fragmented. Both of social and public-sector innovations are rarely institutionalized in government budgets, roles and processes, and there is limited knowledge and awareness of the full range of tools available to policy makers for accelerating innovation. That’s why we created, registered officially and implemented successfully a series of LABS in several countries. The following are the elaborate and delivered LABS:-
1. SOCIAL BUSINESS LAB For Green Economy, Oman
2. SOCIAL INNOVATION ON LAB IMPACT FINANCE, Bangladesh
3. SOCIAL BUSINESS LAB FOR EMPOWERING YOUTH, Qatar
4. SOCIAL BUSINESS LAB (HOW TO START YOUR SOCIAL BUSINESS), Egypt
